Yes. On the Agent tab in Structured mode, scroll to Additional Segments and click "Add New Segment". Each segment has a Segment Title and Segment Content plus its own "Generate by AI" button, and you can remove one with the X in its corner. They are appended to the six built-in sections when the prompt is assembled.
