Yes. Each employee sets their own mode on their Profile page: follow the account default, use their own connected Gmail, force the account SES identity, or send from their own address on the account's verified domain. If the chosen source is not usable (Gmail disconnected, domain unverified) KLCT falls back to the account default and shows a warning on the profile.
