New accounts have no subscription, so KLCT redirects you to Plans until you pick one. Only the Plans and Billing pages (and logout) stay reachable until the subscription is active or trialing. Accounts flagged by a super admin as "bypass subscription" or "credits only" (pay-as-you-go from the wallet) skip this gate entirely.
