The chain is built from your two answers. Scrape gives Scrape leads + Create a group list; Import gives a list + Import contacts; CRM gives Connect your CRM + a list. Then calls adds Create a workflow, Create an agent, Add an employee and Set up a shift; emails adds Create an email sequence + Email sending; manual adds employees + shifts. If you are not a Main Admin, the "Set up a shift" step is dropped.
