The Integrations tab. By default the workflow uses the account-level Google integration and default sender; click "Connect a Google account for this workflow" to give it its own, and "Use the account defaults instead" to disconnect. You can also pick "Emails send from" among your connected mailboxes. You must save the workflow before connecting a dedicated account.
