Go to Agents > Phone Numbers in the sidebar. The page has two tables: AI Agent Numbers (linked to your AI agents for calls and SMS) and Standalone Numbers (not linked to an agent, available to employees for SMS and calls). Viewing needs the view_phone_number permission.
