Go to Profile > Account tab (Main Admin only). Fill in Account Name, Account Email, Business Title, Job Position, Timezone and the full business address and save. This also feeds the Twilio A2P "Phone Account Approval Status" panel next to it; if information is missing you get a "Fill Out Missing Information" button that opens the Telephony Approval page.
