It is /book/ followed by the slug from the Basic Info tab. It renders a month calendar, the free time slots for the chosen day, then the details form (First name, Last name, Email, Phone plus your custom questions) ending in "Confirm booking". Only event types marked Active resolve; inactive ones show not found.
