On the Agent tab there is a Prompt Type switch. Simplified is one free-text Prompt box. Structured splits the prompt into labelled sections (Role, Primary Objective, Behavior Rules, Emotional Intelligence, Disqualify If, Objection Handling) which are reassembled into one prompt at call time. Structured is the default for new workflows.
