Tabs across the top: Messages, Links, Activities, Worklog, Files, History and Insights. The action bar has Reply, Add Note, Watch, Archive, Spam, Suspend sender, Merge and Trash, and there is a Previous/Next pager (keyboard shortcuts "j" and "k") that walks the same queue the list was showing.
