Clicking a contact opens the contact dashboard: a left panel with "About this contact" (editable Lead Status, Interest Level, Industry Type, Group Lists, Notes, owner, Exclude from calls), quick action buttons for Call, Email, Note, Task, Meeting and Sequence, and a tabbed activity area with Activity, Notes, Emails, Calls, Conversations, Tasks and Meetings (plus Scraped Business when the contact came from a scrape).
