Interest Level is a four-value dropdown (None, High Interest, Medium Interest, Low Interest) used to rank how warm a contact is. It appears on the contact form, as a filterable column in the Contacts table, in Group List include and exclude filters, and in bulk edit. AI call analysis also sets it after calls.
