A filter strip with Unresolved (the default), Unread, Mine, Unassigned, Open and Resolved. Unresolved shows everything still needing action regardless of read state; Unread shows only conversations with messages you have not seen. There is a refresh action in the top bar as well as pull-to-refresh.
