Lead Status is a fixed list: Open, Connected, Demo, Out of Business, Closed Won, Closed Loss, Cancelled, AWOL, Completed, Unqualified, Live Customer, Onboarding. It is a dropdown on the contact form, a filter column on the Contacts table and a bulk-editable field. Closed Won, Live Customer and Onboarding are the statuses the system treats as "customer".
