The sticky tab bar has Agent, Tools, Follow Up, Schedule, Configs, Outreach, A/B Testing and Integrations. Each is a page of the same form, so you can switch freely and only press "Save Changes" once. The tab you are on is stored in the URL, so you can bookmark or link directly to it.
