Library > Email Templates > System Emails lets each account swap the platform's transactional emails for one of its own templates. The slots are Welcome email, Account activation reminder, Phone call ended (employee notification) and Live call alert. Each row has a Template dropdown with "System default" as the fallback and lists the merge tokens available. Include the action button or link or the email will not have one. Press "Save settings".
