When creating or editing a list you can add Include Filters and Exclude Filters: rules that automatically decide which contacts belong. Each rule picks a field (Name, Email, Phone, Company, Country, Timezone, Lead Status, Interest Level, Industry Type, Calls Blocked, Tags, Scraper, Created at and more), an operator (equals, contains, starts with, is empty, before, after, between, has any and more) and a value.
