How long can a call run, and how many times will it retry?

Go to Configs > Call Settings. Call Max Duration (seconds) ranges 10 to 43200 (default 240), Silence Timeout (seconds) 10 to 3600 (default 10), Number of Call Attempts 1 to 5 (default 2) and Delay Between Reattempts (seconds) 1 to 7200 (default 10).
