Sending is configured in Settings > Email Sending. You choose a transport: KLCT platform SES (the default), your own Amazon SES account (enter access key, secret and region, then Test), or a connected Gmail mailbox. Only the account admin can edit this. There is also a "Switch back to KLCT SES" action and a "Send test email" button.
