On the Files page pick a file and give it a Name, then upload. Each file row gives you copy buttons for two shortcode variants, one that opens in the browser and one that forces a download, plus Preview, Rename and Delete. The upload limit is 20 MB per file, and only the account admin can add, rename or delete files.
