On Reports > Call Reviews, in the New run box choose a Rubric, a From and To date and optionally an Interest level. Press Check to see the cost estimate (calls, requests, tokens, price), then Start. Runs are queued, so the page shows a progress bar and an "Open report" link, and you can Cancel an in-flight run from the Past runs table.
