Open the conversation and type in the composer at the bottom. Enter sends, Alt+Enter adds a new line, typing "!" opens saved Shortcuts, "?" opens the Knowledge Base article picker, and Ctrl+E edits your last message. The composer has Reply and Note tabs plus a Reminder button, and a split "Send and set the status to" dropdown so you can reply and change status in one action.
