Open the Embed tab (save the form first). Option 1, iFrame Embed, gives you a ready iframe snippet to paste anywhere with no CSS conflicts. Option 2, Script Embed, gives a container div plus a script tag that creates the iframe automatically. There is also a copyable Embed Key and an Allowed Origins setting under Security to restrict which domains may post.
