On the agent's Web Chat tab scroll to the embed section and copy the snippet, then paste it before the closing body tag on your site. You can restrict it with Allowed domains (one per line), "Show only on URLs", "Hide on URLs" and device targeting. "Test this chat" opens the live widget from inside KLCT.
