Connect the Discord card (the card title then shows your server name). Once connected you can build account-wide alert rules from the integration card, or per-widget rules under Support > Widgets > Notifications. Each rule has a Name, When events, an Applies to filter, how to send it (bot channel or webhook URL), the Channel, a Ping target (nobody, a role, named people or everyone) and an optional Message template. "Send test" verifies it.
