Turn the whole sequence back to Draft to stop sends for everyone, or unenroll specific people from the Enrollments tab, from the contact's own Enroll in Sequence panel, or via the Contacts bulk bar's Unenroll. Enrollments also auto-unenroll when they meet the criteria you set on the Automate tab.
