The status panel reports each stage separately: Review Status (Approved / In Review / Rejected / Waiting For Submission), A2P Messaging Profile Status, Brand Registration Status (Approved / In Review / Failed with a reason / Pending), Identity Status and Campaign Registration Status (Verified / In Progress / Failed), each with the time it was last updated.
