Use "Import CSV" in the KB's articles header. The import screen lets you download the template CSV, maps Title and Content (both required) plus Questions, Tags, Subtopic and a category, lets you pick or create a Category group, choose what to do if an article with the same title already exists, and optionally generate a URL for each article. You get a preview before committing.
