Open the widget > Notifications tab. Choose how often, who to send to (Everyone on this widget / Only the assigned operator / Only chosen departments / Only chosen people) and optionally restrict to certain statuses. The same tab has Discord alerts: per-widget rules for "when X happens, post to this channel", with Send test, pause and remove.
