Click "Find Duplicates" in the Contacts header to open the Duplicate Contacts page, which groups contacts that share a normalised email or phone. Each group shows Name, Email, Phone, Company, Status and Created with a Keep radio per row; pick the survivor and press Merge. You can restrict the scan to one group list. Merging needs delete_contacts.
