Select rows in the Contacts table (or use "Select all matching") and click Export on the bulk-action bar. It downloads a CSV containing name, email, phone, company, job title, website, address fields, timezone, lead status, interest level, industry type, tags, notes and created date. Note that the "export contacts" link inside the import dialog only downloads an empty header template.
