Click "Enroll contacts" in the sequence header. The panel has a mode switch: Individual contacts (search and pick contacts one by one; only contacts with an email address are listed) or Whole contact list (pick one Group List and enroll every member). Contacts already actively enrolled are left running rather than restarted.
