On the A/B Testing tab press "Add variant" to write them yourself, or "Generate with AI" to draft them. In the AI panel describe what to try, choose How many (2 to 5) and whether to write them as Simplified or Structured, then Generate. Nothing is saved until you press "Save draft". Generation uses AI credits from your wallet.
