Click "Add new" on the Sequences list. The create panel asks for a name and a "Start from" option: Scratch, or one of the starter templates (Cold Outreach, New Lead Nurture, or Post-Meeting Follow-Up). Press "Create sequence" and you land in the builder with the steps pre-laid-out if you chose a template.
