Go to Agents > Workflows and click "Add New" at the top right. On the Add New Workflow page fill in Workflow Name and pick a Capability in the Basics card, then write the first message and prompt in AI Prompt & Messages. Press "Create Workflow" in the sticky bar at the bottom. Creating requires the create_workflow permission.
