Click Connect on the Monday card, then "Import Contacts". The import dialog asks which board to read, which contacts list to import into (or "Create New One"), and a filter (Existing And Newly Added Contacts, Only Existing Contacts or Only Newly Added Contacts) plus an optional date range. A Monday webhook keeps new board items arriving.
