Go to Profile > Emails tab > sending email card. Pick a send mode: the account default sender, your connected Gmail, the account's SES sender, or a personal domain address. Personal-domain addresses only save if their domain is already a verified domain identity under Settings > Email Sending > Sending Identity; otherwise you get an error asking an admin to verify it.
