On the Appearance tab, "Use my Business Branding colours & logo" is ticked by default; untick it to set Header title, Header subtitle, Launcher position, Theme (Light or Dark), Primary colour, Text colour and Logo URL. The Messages tab holds the Greeting message, Offline message, auto-open, manual launcher and typing indicator.
