Go to Billing and click "Cancel account" in the summary strip at the top. The subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current period; while it is pending the button becomes "Uncancel account", which you can use any time before the period-end date. Once it has lapsed the strip reads "Subscription not active" and you are sent to Plans.
