On Call Review Templates > New template enter a Name, optional Description, a Coaching prompt and a Score scale between 2 and 10. Then add Rubric dimensions: each row has a Key, a Label (what managers see), a Weight from 1 (minor) to 5 (critical), and a "needs labels" tick for dimensions that require knowing who spoke. Editing the prompt, rubric or scale bumps the version so past scores stay comparable.
