Create a new template to open the drag-and-drop builder. The left rail has Modules, Sections and Presets you drag onto the canvas; clicking an element opens Edit Element with font, size, colour, alignment, padding, link and background settings; the Document panel controls content width, backdrop and brand colours. Set Name, Subject, Preview text, From name, From address and Reply-to, tag it as Marketing or Sales, then press "Save Template".
