The builder has five tabs: Builder, Preview, Settings, Custom Code and Embed. On Builder you click a field type in the left palette to add it, drag to reorder, and click any field to edit its properties on the right (Label, Placeholder, Help Text, Required, Options, Field Width). Press Save to persist; the Embed tab stays locked until the form has been saved once.
