Go to Portal Settings > Branding. By default it inherits Business Branding; untick that to set Logo, Favicon, Brand color, Accent color, Header image, Header tagline, Header alignment, gradient header, Header background and Header text colour. There is also a social Preview title, description and image, and a live preview pane.
