Open the Follow Up tab and switch on SMS Follow up Workflow. You get one SMS Message box per interest level (High, Mid, Low, No Response) with a character and segment counter, a Shortcodes dropdown and a "Generate by AI" button. "Use for all" copies that message into every other interest level.
