Yes. Click "Choose Template" at the top of the prompt area. The modal offers a Blank Template plus quickstart templates including Customer Support Specialist, Lead Qualification Specialist, Appointment Scheduler, Info Collector, Care Coordinator, Feedback Gatherer, Balance Due, Outbound Sales and Info Gatherer. Picking one fills the prompt fields, which you can then edit.
