Yes. The tool detail panel has a test section that shows "Running test" and then Test Passed or Test Failed. Native call-control tools (End Call, Leave Voicemail, Transfer Call, Dial Keypad, Send SMS and Knowledge Base Query) cannot be tested outside of a live call.
